Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CliqView, a video streaming and reward platform operated by Alpha Tech Services, registered in the Republic of Ghana. By creating an account or using CliqView, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CliqView. To receive payouts, you must be at least 18 and legally able to hold a Mobile Money account in your name.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload.
  • You grant CliqView a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, stream, transcode, and display your content in connection with the Service.
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • No unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent content.
  • No copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement.
  • No fraud, artificial view inflation, bots, or attempts to game the earnings system.
  • No malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the Service.

5. Earnings & Payouts

  • Registered viewers earn USD credits when they watch at least 70% of an eligible video, up to a daily cap ($0.30/day standard, $0.60/day Premium).
  • Guests (not logged in) do not earn.
  • Earnings are estimates and are only paid out once verified and cleared.
  • Payouts are made in Ghana cedis via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) at prevailing exchange rates. Provider fees may apply.
  • CliqView may withhold, reverse, or forfeit earnings obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Creator Monetisation

Creators may receive tips, gifts, and their share of view-based revenue. Payouts are subject to identity verification and applicable taxes.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliqView and Alpha Tech Services are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
