This Privacy Policy explains how CliqView, a service owned and operated by Alpha Tech Services, based in the Republic of Ghana ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our video streaming platform (the "Service"). By using CliqView you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, password, profile photo.
  • Payment / payout data: Mobile Money numbers (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) used for withdrawals, processed by Paystack.
  • Usage data: watch history, likes, comments, follows, watch time, device and browser info, IP address.
  • Content: videos, shorts, thumbnails, messages, and other material you upload.

2. How We Use Information

  • Deliver, personalise and improve the Service.
  • Calculate viewer earnings and pay creators and viewers via Mobile Money.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
  • Send transactional messages and, if you opt in, marketing communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations in Ghana and other jurisdictions we operate in.

3. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Payment processors (Paystack) to process payouts.
  • Cloud/hosting and streaming providers used to run the Service.
  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax and audit obligations.

7. Children

CliqView is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls. No service is completely secure; use a strong unique password.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app.
