General and account support

For sign-in, profile, playback, upload, subscription or payout questions, email support@cliqview.com. Include the email address connected to your account, the page where the problem occurred and a short description of what you expected to happen. Screenshots are useful, but remove sensitive financial information.

Safety and content reports

The fastest way to report a specific video, Short, comment, profile or live room is the report control attached to that item. This preserves the content reference for review. If the control is unavailable, email support with the public URL and explain the relevant guideline. For an immediate risk of physical harm, contact local emergency services first.

Copyright and ownership

A rights complaint should identify the protected work, the CliqView URL, the rights owner and the basis for the request. Only the owner or an authorised representative should submit a formal removal request. Misrepresenting ownership may have legal consequences.

Creators and advertisers

Creator questions should include the channel username and affected upload. Advertising questions should include the campaign name or reference, but never send full card or Mobile Money details. Campaign approval and content moderation are separate processes, so acceptance of payment does not guarantee that a creative can run.
