CliqView

Community standards

Create freely. Participate responsibly.

These guidelines explain the standards we apply to public videos, Shorts, live broadcasts, profiles, comments and messages. They complement the CliqView Terms of Service.

Respect people and their safety

Do not threaten, harass, shame or encourage harm against another person. Content that promotes hatred or dehumanisation based on protected characteristics is not permitted. We may remove graphic violence, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, dangerous challenges and content that creates a credible risk of real-world harm.

Protect younger users

CliqView is not intended for children under 13. Sexualisation, grooming, exploitation or the exposure of a child's private information is prohibited. Age-restricted content must be labelled accurately and may be unavailable to some viewers even when a creator applies a label.

Be authentic

Do not impersonate people or organisations, run deceptive schemes or coordinate artificial engagement. Edited or synthetic media that could materially mislead viewers should be clearly disclosed. Satire and creative editing are welcome when their context is understandable and they do not facilitate harm.

Respect ownership

Publish content you created or are authorised to use. We respond to valid copyright and trademark reports and may restrict repeat infringers. Commentary, criticism and transformation can be valuable, but creators remain responsible for understanding whether their use is lawful.

Keep commercial activity honest

Paid promotions, sponsorships and advertiser relationships must be disclosed. Fraudulent offers, phishing, illegal products and misleading financial promises are prohibited. Advertisements and promotional material must not be disguised as platform controls or interfere with access to the primary content.

Protect rewards and platform integrity

Bots, device farms, automated playback, repeated self-viewing, fabricated referrals and payment abuse are prohibited. Suspicious views may be excluded even if a playback meter reaches the normal threshold. We may hold, reverse or cancel related balances while activity is reviewed.

Extra responsibilities during LIVE

Hosts should monitor guests and comments, use keyword and audience controls where appropriate, and act quickly when a participant violates these rules. Guests must follow the same standards as hosts. Turning off a camera does not remove responsibility for audio, chat or other activity in the room.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the report option attached to a video, profile, comment or live room and select the closest reason. Reports are signals for review, not automatic findings of wrongdoing. Depending on severity and history, action may include reduced distribution, age restriction, content removal, feature limits, reward reversal, suspension or account termination. Credible emergencies may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
